General Information and Terms
Safe Tog Bag Area and Parking Area Available Water and Coke provided at the refreshments stations, complimentary t-shirts. Walk numbers should be pinned on the front of your walk shirts. Medical support will be available at the venue and on the route on the day of the event.
There are 2 water points on the 10km, and 1 water point on the 5km routes. There is also a water station at the finish line for all participants use. The 5km route is specially designed to cater to prams and wheelchairs.
All entrants participate at their own risk and will not hold South Africa United Against Cancer NPO, any partners, or their duly authorised representatives responsible for any loss or injury of any nature save for loss or injury resulting from gross negligence.
We encourage participants to plan ahead to stay after the event to make the most of the impeccable surroundings. Bring a picnic basket and chairs – food will be on sale and Entertainment on the event stage. More details to follow!

RULES & INFORMATION
- The walk is held under the rules of ASA & CGA.
- Regrettably no Cyclists participant can be accommodated on this route No Blade or other mechanical devices allowed.
- All walkers participate at their own risk and indemnity the walk organizers against any claim.
- Fun run/ walk open to all age groups. There will be a dedicated kid’s play area.
- Walk numbers should be pinned on the front of your walk shirts.
- Traffic offices and marshals must be obeyed at all the times.
- Athletes/walkers are not allowed to participate with pets.
- No music ear piece is allowed.
- Entry fee is non-refundable.
- Walkers participate at their own risk.
- Registrations from 06h30am, Walk starts 08h00am and Cut-off time for the event is 17h00
- Littering is not allowed. Walkers are to dispose of any litter in appropriate bins & can be disqualified if they litter.
- The 5km route is specially designed to cater to prams and wheelchairs.
- The walk organiser retains the right to refuse entry and reject persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who are disorderly, or engage in inappropriate behaviour, vandalism or evade paying for admission.
